The first time I received a wax there it was wonderful! I have very sensitive skin, the lady used a green wax that didn't irritate my skin at all. When I went in for a second time, the owner waxed me. She started preparing the traditional wax. I informed her that I had very sensitive skin. Her answer was that the traditional wax was better. The end result - I had skin ripped off my face. When I called to inform the OWNER of this. She argued with me, stating the cause for my skin getting ripped off was my fault. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
